The Meat of the Matter

Certified Angus Beef ®  New York Strip and Delmonico Steaks are hand cut and trimmed.  Renowned mouth-watering Certified Angus Beef ® Prime Rib is available weekends and as the standard Wednesday evening special.  Monday nights enjoy the traditional Corn Beef 'n Cabbage with all the trimmings.  Other varying  fare include Roast Duckling, Cranberry Roasted Chicken, Irish Fish and Chips, Beef 'n Guinness Stew, Braised Irish Lamb Shank and Baked Irish Pork.

The Shamrock menu abounds with delectable seafood choices.  For "starters" there are Steamed PEI Mussels (Tomato & Herb or Butter & Garlic), Fresh Maryland Crab Soup, Steamed Littleneck Clams and Baked Crab Dip with a touch of sherry.

Among our staples for over forty-six years are All Lump Backfin Crab Cakes, Crab Imperial and Fried Seafood Combination.  Baked Seafood Samplers, Salmon and Haddock are later additions for the health-conscious.  Eastern Shore Soft-Shell Crabs,   Fresh Flounder, Trout, Rockfish and Salmon are seasonal offerings. Every meal is a treasure!   We are currently featuring Fried Fresh Oysters, Fresh Boned Shad and Shad Roe.
