Description: Hospice of Frederick County is holding an in-service on Tuesday April 17, 2012 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Not all of us enjoy going into crowded gyms or paying high fees for trainers. There are many exercises you can do in your own home that are easy, effective, safe and affordable. Registration is required by Thursday, April 12, 2012. This is a no-cost program.
