Time: 7:00 am to 9:00 am
Location: LaPaz, 51 S. Market Street, Frederick, MD 21701 (View Map)

Description: Why Toastmaster??? Why not!!

* It's fun!
* Will help improve on speaking skills.
* Reduce and eliminate the fear of public speaking.
* Meet new and interesting people.
* Great networking opportunities!
* Learn how to organize meetings.
* Acquire skills to constructively evaluate.
* Learn to think on your feet.
* Learn to listen to others.

There are some of us who exercise every day, or 2-3 times a week to keep in shape. Some people work hard to gain muscles and become lean and mean. Others just want to keep their bodies toned-up. Well, Toastmasters is a lot like exercising ones muscles.

Toastmasters is exercise for the mind!

Some toastmasters work hard to improve on their speaking skills and over-come the fears of public speaking. Ever notice how when you stop exercising that your body starts to become flabby? Well, the same happens to your speaking skills when not used. Toastmaster's meetings helps strengthen your abilities in ways that will benefit you in every aspect of your life.

In the end, you will be a better person!

Who should attend?
Self-employed
Students
Unemployed
Home makers
.... everyone!!!!!

View our meeting agenda here http://www.carrollcreektoastmasters.org/agenda.htm

Snow Policy: If Frederick County schools are closed, or have a 2-hour or more delay, then the meeting will be canceled. The people scheduled for that meeting will be placed AT THE END of the posted schedule and NOT the next meeting.
