Our goal is to prepare beginners with the skills to be able to dance to slow, medium, and fast music and provide more experienced dancers with a consistent venue in downtown Frederick. Smooth Swing is a modern dance that ranges from smooth and sultry to dynamic and exciting depending on the tempo of the music.
