Description: REC500 Introduction to Ballroom Dancing In this 8week course youll learn the Waltz, Fox Trot, Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba and Tango while gaining an understanding of the history of these dances and the rhythms that inspired them. Benefit from body awareness, exercise for the mind and body, as well as having fun and learning a lifelong skill.
