Description: Monday Mommy Meet-up. The Children’s Museum of Rose Hill Manor Park, 1611 N. Market St., Frederick, MD, (Fred. Co. Div. of Parks & Rec.) Jan. 16, 2017 Mon. 9:30–11:00am. This program offers a friendly atmosphere and meeting place for coffee, conversation, and socialization to parents, care-givers, or adults with infants and toddlers. Children will be able to play and explore music, art, and games of the area with developmentally appropriate toys. $1 per child.

WCS in Frederick

Description: Swing dancing that is danced to 6 or 8 count patterns with +/-2 beats. Lessons start at 7:30 for beginner and 8:15 for intermediate students. The cost is $15.00 for lessons and dancing, $10.00 dance only, $7:50 for students with ID. Snacks included in price. We encourage newcomers to stay for the dance and practice what they have learned. It is a fun, popular dance. No partner necessary. 18 years and older.
