ALL BASKETS ARE FILLED! There will be 20 regular games, specials, drawings, and King Tut for Cash. Tickets are $20 and available at the door. Doors open 5pm with games beginning at 7pm. This year's juror was renowned artist William Clutz, whose artistic career began at the museum's art school and who exhibited in the Cumberland Valley Artists Exhibition in the 1950s. His work has been shown in major galleries and he is represented in many collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Corcoran Gallery of Art and the Museum of Modern Art. Our members come from all walks of life and all levels of singing ability. Some read music, but most learn their music with the benefit of learning CDs. We put it all together on meeting nights. We sing for civic, business and private events or churches, at retirement communities or nursing homes. We can supply a chorus or a quartet to meet the needs of almost any event. If you can sing 'Happy Birthday,' you've most likely got what it takes to be a member of the Statesmen. We'll teach you to sing as we go along. If you aren't comfortable singing in public, but enjoy singing with friends, this is the place for you. The members all work together for the good of the chapter and the community.
