EAC is a carbon reducing and home energy conservation initiative for Frederick County residents. Volunteer Frederick will train volunteers to become Eco-Team Leaders. Leaders motivate, educate and empower their Eco-Team members through lifestyle changes and energy conservation actions, reducing members utility bills and carbon emissions. David Burd from Earth Aid Enterprises will introduce Earth Aid, the method the EAC program will use to track households energy usage.
