I am looking for a good carpenter/drywall person to handle a project in my house. My master bedroom has a sitting room that can be converted to a spare bedroom (option that previous owners opted out of). The project involves building a wall and a closet and opening an existing wall to allow for a doorway. Does anyone have any good experiences with a contractor or side job carpenter? |

Dan, Owner & operator of Refined Construction did my fiance's house in Frederick. She had three estimates and his estimate came in well below the others. I was skeptical at first because of the price. Once I got to know Dan I found he's the real deal. The carpentry work, was professionally done. He was honest, the project finished on time, and had a fair price.
