Description: Victory Equine Centre offers free sample riding lessons at 1 p.m. every Sunday at Cedar Ridge Farm, 4501 Cap Stine Road in Frederick. We have helmets, but ask that you wear closed-toe shoes with a heel, and comfortable pants.
