How to Drink Wine
Wine has a reputation for being snooty and unapproachablebut how could something this delightful be anything but friendly? In a casual, fun-filled atmosphere, youll learn the basics: how to choose a great wine, serve it, pair it with food, and best of all, how to get the most out of drinking it! The first Saturday, we meet on campus at FCC; the second Saturday, well journey to Tarara Winery for a private wine tasting (included in the price of the class) and a tour of Tararas famous wine cave! Bring your camerayoull want to capture the gorgeous fall colors!
