Description: Join us for a Meditation Workshop at Unity Church in Frederick. This workshop will teach you how to meditate and connect with your Higher Power, along with breathing techniques and other methods of relaxation. The workshop is offered on a Love Offering basis by facilitator Doug Thiel - all welcome!
