STUDIO 54 RESURRECTED FOR HOLIDAY DANCE IN FREDERICK, MD
The buzz from NYC nightlife: The 1970's music scene fixture CBGB's will close its doors after 33 years and relocate to Las Vegas. But closer to home, the flamboyant Studio 54 will be resurrected in Frederick for the Holiday Dance on December 9, 2006.
The William R. Talley Recreation Center will be transformed into the famous nightclub complete with dance floor, NYC DJ, stage acts, and the coveted VIP Lounge. Come early and see if you will be one of the hand selected guests from the huge crowds outside to mix with the glamorous celebrities rumored to be attending the gala. Word is Cher, Grace J., and Liza M. have cleared their schedules to attend. Guests will definitely be getting their groove on at this event! Hustle and get tickets to ensure a marvelous time.
Tickets are available NOW at Venus on the Half Shell located at 151 North Market Street, Evangeline (A touch of France) located at 115 East Patrick Street, Flowers by JIM, 244 East Patrick Street and City of Frederick Office of Special Events, 121 North Bentz Street.
Tickets can be purchased for $40 per person and include one free cocktail. Reserved seating is $40 per table and entrance to the VIP Lounge is $10. All proceeds benefit the events of the Holidays in Historic Frederick Committee and beautification projects for the City of Frederick.
Café Latino, (50 North McCain Drive, Frederick, MD) will cater this event. Café Latino is renowned for its excellent Latin American Cuisine.
