Throughout the year, the Center provides instruction in health-supporting practices, including hatha yoga and meditation.

Classes occur in a calm and comfortable environment and provide ample individual attention and support. Persons of all ages, experience, and levels of physical capability are welcome.

Hatha Yoga is a system of stretching and postures designed to enhance the flexibility and strength of the body while utilizing breathing techniques to quiet the mind and restore a sense of balance and relaxation. The benefits of Yoga to persons of all ages and levels of fitness are now more widely realized than ever before. Classes at the Center are designed for both beginning and experienced students of Yoga. Smaller class size and personalized instruction allow participants to comfortably begin at any level.
