Our Chef & Staff
Firestone’s rich wood paneling and long bar are steeped in history, while the kitchen of this historically-significant building has been completely renovated. Executive Chef Jack Walker and his staff present an ever-changing menu that is, in Chef Walker’s words, “refined but not pretentious, approachable and still surprising. We start with the best products, use great techniques, and just enhance the flavors.”
