Come be a part of Mid-Maryland's largest gymnastics program. We have fun, fitness focused programs in a state of the art, 18,000 sq. ft., air conditioned facility. Frederick Gymnastics Club has been serving thousands of children in Frederick and surrounding communities for over 28 years. Our non-competitive recreational program offers a wide range of classes for children 18 months to 18 years. Frederick Gymnastics Club is also proud and pleased to be the sponsors of the first Special Olympics Gymnastics Team in the state of Maryland.

Frederick Gymnastics Club Competitive USA Gymnastics Team Program currently trains over 100 members in levels Training Team through Level 10. Our team has earned hundreds of State, Regional and National individual and team championships. Frederick Gymnastics Club has recently added the Mason Dixon Gymnastics League to our competitive program.
Kids Birthday Parties At Frederick Gymnastics Club
The gym is a FUN place to have your birthday party. Birthday Parties are scheduled on Sunday afternoons. Please call the gym well in advance to schedule your party. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your party date. Please see the class schedule for party times and prices or call for more details.
