H.C Summers, Inc. has been family owned and operated for nearly 100 years and has been providing the folks in Frederick County and northern Virginia with quality customer service for all of their farming and gardening needs. In 1907, Lewis E. Summers established his small business to provide fellow farmers with feed, fertilizer, seeds and other farming supplies. At one point H.C Summers was one of the country’s largest dealers of International Harvester machinery. Over the years they have evolved mainly into a gardening center, however they still sell farming supplies and have over 100 farming accounts across the state.
