Westridge Square, located in Frederick, MD, opened it's doors in 1998. Westridge Square has plenty of free parking, and is convenient to movies, and shopping.

The Westridge club is currently undergoing an expansion which includes, an additional 7,000 square feet, two group exercise rooms, expanded cardio, free weight and general exercise areas with twice as many machines, expanded and remodeled locker rooms with new lockers and expanded steam room in each locker room, a newly remodeled and expanded child care facility, and more.
