In 1991, Health Unlimited was begun by two enterprising couples who were looking for a quality fitness facility in which they, and this community, could be proud. In November of 1995, Health Unlimited changed hands to the current owners. Owner and General Manager Dan Strayton began operating Health Unlimited on November 1, 1995 and hasn't looked back since! Health Unlimited has grown from a small 4,000 square foot club to a 35,000 square foot, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facility equipped with 2 indoor heated pools serving Mount Airy, Frederick, Howard & Carroll Counties.
