You don't have to pre-pay to place your order. 

We are accepting orders for all of our products via e-mail.  Just click on the pre-order link and type your order in the box.  Be sure to let us know the date you would like your products.  You can pick-up your order in our store inThurmont, Maryland.  We're on 30 Elm Street and you can get an address map and driving directions by clicking on the links on the home page of our web site. 

Our regular store hours are Thursday's 8am-3pm, Friday's 8am-3pm, and Saturday's 8am-Noon.  We do have additional holiday hours for Christmas and Thanksgiving. 

We will be open November 21, 22 and 23, 8am until 4pm.  December holiday dates are December 22, 23, 29, and 30 8am - 3pm & the 31st 8am-noon.  Please note that we will be closed November 24th and December 24th.

 Hillside Turkey Farms is a privately owned, third-generation farm specializing in the family needs of today.  Our main focus is further processing of poultry to make meals easier for the working family.  At the same time we also carry many fresh items for those who choose to prepared their own meals at home.

Hillside Turkey Farms is a USDA inspected plant serving the public in our Retail Store and also many of the restaurants, stores, and other institutions in the area.

We have the capability of cooking a large quantity of product in a short period of time.  In this day of regulations, many non-profit organizations do not have adequate facilities for cooking and have turned to Hillside Turkey Farms for this service.

Turkeys: 10 to 24 lbs: $1.89/lb

24 to 40 lbs: $1.99/lb

Smoked Boneless Breast: $5.99/lb

Whole Smoked Breast: $3.95/lb 

Whole Smoked Turkey: $3.50/lb

Duck: Long Island $2.99/lb.

Fresh Breasts: 4 to 10 lbs: $2.49/lb

Fresh Breasts: 10 to 12 lbs: $2.59/lb 

Fresh Breasts: 12 to 16 lbs. $2.69/lb.

Oysters: $12.99/pint

If you haven't yet tasted our Smoked Turkey...you don't know what a mouth watering delicacy that bird can become when smoked over glowing hickory and applewood embers.  Our delicately flavored Smoked Turkeys will make real feasts at your dinners.  And every luscious morsel will bring raves from your family and friends.

We pick only the choicest, plump Hillside Turkeys for smoking.  We've babied these over-fed turkeys right on our own farms since the day they were hatched.  Then we cure them according to an old recipe that's worth guarding with shotguns.  Slowly and carefully, each turkey is smoked for even flavoring throughout the bird.  The glowing hickory and applewood embers give off a fragrant smoke that flavors as it cooks.  Then your Hillside Farms Smoked Turkey comes to you...ready to slice and serve...hot or cold.

Ready to Enjoy

The unused portions of the meat should be kept in the refrigerator the same as any cooked, roasted meat.  Smoked Turkey is best served cool, or at room temperature.  It may be warmed slightly at low temperatures if desired. 

The Smoked Turkey comes direct to you from the smokehouse, ready for the table, completely cooked, but only mildly cured and smoked in order to retain the natural juices of the bird.  Delicious hot or cold - serve it for parties, dinners, buffet suppers or hors d'oeuvers.
