Nancy creates these plates, one at a time, first "throwing" the plate on the potter's wheel and then hand lettering each plate following the personal information you have provided. She fires around 400 plates a year.  Her mail order business is now 75 % of her total orders.  Every state and many foreign countries have Nancy's plates decorating their homes and offices.
