LIFEWell Medical Fitness Open House

LifeWell Medical Fitness hosted an open house to showcase their unique medically supervised weight loss program. Local health and wellness vendors were also in attendance and despite the snowy weather forecast, they had a good turnout. LifeWell is MMI's fitness division that partners with physicians and specializes in personal training, nutrition counseling and is the only facility in Frederick that offers both RMR and V02 Max metabolic testing to help develop a fitness program specific to each individual's needs.
